Zaroa NZ for the love of meat

Zaroa NZ is a new startup created by Master of Meats Wilhelm Zabern, a Master Butcher coming from Austria and living in New Zealand for 30 years. 

The vision is to create uniquely New Zealand specialty meats and artisan charcuterie making sausages, salamis, air dried and fermented products, and a range of Sous Vide cooked roasts and meals that emphasis health, wellbeing and using only New Zealand's finest natural and organic Beef, Lamb and Venison.

Moving away from pork as a way to make a product taste good we believe that the beauty of Beef, Lamb and Venison can be made into amazing and superior products.

We don't believe in Artificial. Our product ranges do not contain any artificial chemical ingredients.

No sodium nitrates or sodium nitites. No Gluten, No Soy and no artificial colouring, flavours, or preservatives.

We use traditional processing with natural ingredients that deliver exceptional products.

Zaroa NZ has started developing naturally made Beef, Lamb and Venison Sausages that are delicious and tasty. Our Saussi-Slabs are convenient for every day cooking and are pre-cooked for you to slice to your convenience, perfect for sandwiches, stir fries and pasta dishes. Our fresh and dry salamis are perfect snacking foods or great to fry up on a Sunday morning breakfast. We have introduce our new Sous-Vide cooked roasts, a perfectly cooked roast every time.
