Zaroa NZ is a new start-up created by Master of Meats Wilhelm Zabern, a Master Butcher from Austria who has been living in New Zealand for over 30 years.
Moving away from pork the MasterCrafted Artisan Meat products are made from 100% grass fed free range New Zealand beef, lamb and venison. We don't believe in Artificial. Our meat does not contain any:
> Artificial chemical ingredients, colouring, flavours, or preservatives.
> No sodium nitrates or sodium nitrites.
> No gluten, No soy.
Our products are convenient, ready to heat, ready to eat meat. Zaroa NZ will not only excite the palate but also make your taste buds explode with rich flavourful juiciness!

Working on New Zealand's oldest organic farm in Shelly Beach, Kaipara Heads our meat products are naturally processed, clean label meats that are Halal suitable.
We have created a range of specialty sausages, salamis, air-dried and fermented products, including a range of Sous Vide cooked roasts and meals that emphasise health and well-being.

Bought this (Brisket) having tasted at Farro Constellation. Served for dinner this evening to the family. Was superb. Really cannot rate highly enough. Served with kumara mash and green beans as suggested by owner running the tastings. Would probably not have chosen it without having tasted since inauspicious packaging. But truly fabulous.
