It's made from ground beef and seasoned with various spices like garlic, cumin, sumac, and paprika. The Angus beef gives a rich, robust flavour, given the high-quality marbling Angus beef is known for. 

It's enjoyed sliced thinly and can be eaten on its own, added to sandwiches, or used as a topping for pizzas and other dishes.
