How do you deliver and when?

We use a national courier network, NZ-Post, to deliver our meat packs and boxes. All our meat is packed with ice packs in an insulated chiller box to keep your meat chilled both during delivery and also sitting at your door. In temperature trials, our packaging system has been proven to keep meat at cold for up to 12 hours, so you can be sure that your meat will be in the best condition when it reaches you.

*Please note: If you are getting your order delivered to your business address, please ensure you have a chilled place to store your meat till you head home at the end of the day. Most orders will be delivered between 9am-5pm on your chosen day.

We know how busy weekdays can be so you don’t need to be home when we deliver; we can leave your Zaroa package in a designated area, just let us know by including delivery instructions on your account/ check out.

  • Shipments are sent in special chiller bags and boxes that will keep the meat as a chilled level.  
  • Cutoff for dispatch same day is 2.00pm
  • We only ship on the above days to avoid the unnecessarily sitting in a courier warehouse for prolonged periods of time where possible.
  • If you select Standard non-rural shipping, and provide a Rural address, we will not be able to ship your order. Please ensure you select the right postage!
  • Shipping is Nationwide in NZ - except rural South Island as we cannot guarnatee safe arival of 2 days with shipment.
  • Sometimes due to unforseen circumstances shipping may not occur on the target shipping days or within the target delivery time. When this happens, we appreciate your patience as we work to get things back on track.
