The mild fermented Black Angus Beef and Venison salami is made with farmed Hawke's Bay Beef and Wanaka-farmed Venison. Smoked with Pohutukawa woodsmoke and then we finish the process in the drying room. This salami is delicious on a fine deli tray, in a sandwich or as a snack
