ANGUS BEEF BIG WILLY SAUSSI

Named after our Master of Meats, Wilhelm Zabern,  or as his Austrian friends and family call him, Big Willy. He has created a traditional Austrian Meaty Sausage with a New Zealand twist. Made from NZ Gras Fed Angus Beef.

Convenient ready to heat, ready to eat.

PACK SIZE:  4 (approx. 500g), Big Chilly Willy (400g)

INGREDIENTS:
Angus Beef, Purified Water, Organic Sea Salt, Spice and Spice Extract, Vinegar, Pohutukawa Smoke

No Gluten. No Soy. No Sodium Nitrates
No Artificial Preservatives, Colours or Flavours

Keep Refrigerated between 1-4 degrees. Unopen will have a 4-week shelf life. Can be frozen for 6 months.

Once opened eat within 4 days and leftovers store in a container not in the plastic wrap.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Zaroa NZ Saussi is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.

Using the Microwave: We recommend cooking the sausages in the vac bag for 1 minute and then leaving to rest for 10 seconds and then another 30 seconds on high. It can happen the pressure can get too much and the bag may burst open. This is normal.
