POHUTUKAWA SMOKED LAMB  BACON

Dry marinated Lamb Bacon - Hot Smoked with Pohutukawa.
We have created a Pork Free Bacon, utilizing a new breed of lamb rich in flavour and fat to provide deliciously rich-tasting lamb bacon.  Using the traditional dry-curing method we took various lamb cuts to trial the suitability for the best bacon. We created a natural marinade, free of artificial preservatives and only using organic sea salt, vinegar and hot smoke as a way to preserve the lamb meat the natural way. Within a few months, we got a great result.

INGREDIENTS:
Lamb, Purified Water, Organic Sea Salt, Spice and Spice Extract, Vinegar, Pohutukawa Smoke

100% Natural Ingredients Used
No Gluten. No Soy. No Sodium Nitrates
No Artificial Preservatives, Colours or Flavours

Keep Refrigerated between 1-4°. Unopen will have a 4-week shelf life. Can be frozen for 6 months.

Once opened eat within 4 days and leftovers store in a container not in the plastic wrap.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Zaroa NZ BACON is best cooked by frying on a pan for 2 minutes each side or until your preferred crispy ness.
