Free-From Champion Zaroa, Pohutakawa Smoked & Sous Vide Cooked Angus Beef Brisket
It was announced that our Brisket won the Free-From Champion Special Award at the Outstanding New Zealand Food producer awards this year. This award is given to those who create a product that is free from anything Artificial.
Zaroa creates unique NZ speciality meats with nothing artificial – no sodium nitrate, gluten, soy preservatives. The judging panel said ‘Delicious…we loved it…great smoky flavours...’.
We are incredibly honoured to win this award and are excited to launch this product into Farro Fresh.
