The fermented spicy salami is made with free-range ground farmed Venison, paprika and chilli to bring some spice to your life. This product is naturally Pohutukawa wood-smoked and then we finish the process in the drying room. This salami is delicious on a fine deli tray, in a sandwich or as a snack.
