The mild fermented Wagyu Beef Taranaccio is made with farmed Wagyu Beef and smoked with Pohutukawa wood-smoked and then we finish the process in the drying room. This Taranaccio is delicious on a fine deli tray, in a sandwich or as a snack or on a pizza or pasta dish.
