The mild fermented Black Origin Wagyu Beef salami is made with farmed Canterbury Wagyu Beef and smoked with Pohutukawa wood-smoked and then we finish the process in the drying room. This salami is delicious on a fine deli tray, in a sandwich or as a snack or on a pizza or pasta dish.
