Zaroa NZ Saussi-Slab is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on a medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
Oven: Turn on your oven to 160Â° and put the slab in without pre-heating the oven. Cooked for 25-30 minutes
Using the Microwave: We recommend cooking the Saussi-Slab in the vac bag for 1 minute and then leaving to rest for 10 seconds and then another 30 seconds on high. It can happen the pressure can get too much and the bag may burst open. This is normal.
