Pohutukawa Smoked Sous Vide Lamb Neck.
Using the traditional dry-curing method we took the lamb neck and smoked them with Pohutukawa. We created a natural marinade using organic sea salt, vinegar and hot smoke as a way to preserve the lamb meat. Free of artificial preservatives we got great results. Convenient, ready to heat, ready to eat meat.

Keep refrigerated between 1-4Â° degrees. Unopened the lamb neckwill have a 4-week shelf life. Can be frozen for 6 months. Once opened, eat within 4 days. Store leftovers in a container not in plastic wrap.
- Cooking: Zaroa NZ Lamb Neck is best cooked by frying in a pan for 4 minutes on each side, or until your preferred crispiness.
